Welcome to the HP Support Forums! :) I understand your HP Photosmart 7520 is currently in error state and is asking you to turn the printer off and on again, you have done this but the error still repeats. After some research I was able to find a solution by fellow Community member pcwizard, please take a look here:
1. Go to the printers Embedded Web Server (Obtain your printers IP address and open a web browser input the IP in the address bar exactly as it is ex. 192.169.0.555)
2. Once in the EWS, click on the Network tab at the top
3. Now click on the Networking option on the left hand side
4. Now click on the UPnP option and make sure this is disabled
As for the printer, I would like you to reset the 7520, continue here: Resetting the Printer. Is the error message now gone or is it still asking you to turn the product off and then on again?
