After years of successfully usinsg my 7310AIO and Solution Center Software I am now getting a message saying that "HP Solution Center cannot run because my device installation is not complete" PC is on Windows 7 Professional and printer is connected via ethernet directly to my router. I can sucessfully PING the printer from the PC. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Solution Center but the error remains. I am not aware of anything that has changed in my environment but obviously something has. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Suggestions? Thanks!
