I see your download is not launching properly. I would love to try and help with that today.
I would suggest launching the download directly from the temp folder.
-Hold down the letter 'R' key and the 'windows' key in between the 'Ctrl' and 'Alt'. This will launch the 'Run' box
-Type in %temp%
-Verify the download extracts
-look for the 7z folder
-run the setup.exe file
That should allow the download to launch and install.
