Thanks for the information.
Did you try printing with the Firewalls and Antivirus software turned off?
Any difference?
Is the printer plugged directly into the Laptop?
Did you try another USB port on the Laptop?
Set the driver to print directly to the printer.
From the start up screen, (tiles menu) type in "Devices and Printers", select settings, click on Devices and Printer, right click the printer, left click printer properties, click on the advanced tab, select print directly to the printer, apply and OK.
If that doesn't work go to the ports tab from the printer preferences and uncheck Enable bidirectional support.
