This morning I got an automatic prompt to update software for my C310a printer/all-in-one. When I tried to perform the operation, I got a message that the site could not be connected. I was clearly connected to the internet, so that was not an issue. I retried, with the same result. So, I went to the HP website and downloaded a program that would detect my device and make recommendations. However, although the program correctly recognized my device as a C310a, the software that was supposed to update was for C309a. Is this an error, or should I install anyway?
