Hi Marx51, thanks for the response.

I would like to verify the firmware in your printer. To do so, there are a couple of steps needed.

On the front panel of the printer:

-Click on 'Setup' (which looks like a wrench)

-Go to 'Tools'

-Click on 'Print status report'

-On that report, you will have a header marked 'Firmware version'.

Please let me know what the firmware version is.
