So it's Microsoft's fault that my HP printer prints incredibly well on inkjet-printable CDs and DVDs with my XP machine, but can't do it with Windows 8.1? That seems very odd... it was HP that designed, built and sold the printer, not Microsoft...
My original HP Photosmart C5500 series disk for XP and Vista (Version 11.0.0) isn't even recognized with Win 8.1.
