Как и я понимаю, ваш принтер HP Laserjet 1010 не работает с Windows 8. Поэтому вы искали решениу от HP, чтоби они решили что их принтер работили  с Windows 8? Я вам желаю все успехи…

From what I understand, your HP Laserjet 1010 printer is not compatible with Windows 8. So, you were looking for a decision from HP, that they would make their printer compatible with Windows 8? I wish you good luck with that!
