I see that you're having an issue with your photos printing out with blue lips. I'd like to help you with that.
I would suggest following along with this document on Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues. It should resolve the issues you've been seeing.
Also, I would suggest plugging the printer directly into a wall jack as to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar. Once the printer has been plugged into the wall I would recommend running the firmware update for your printer.
