Thank you for writing to help. I registered the computer when I bought it last fall. I still cannot get it to print from my new laptop which runs on Windows 8.1 The light showing the computer is on is green, and the printer says it is ready, but although it is plugged into the computer via USB, it will not work. I think I downloaded the proper driver, but still no go. Please tell me what to do. Diane
