Hey guys, first of all thank you for taking the time in looking at my post. I own a restaurant and we use a POS system programed computer thats running on Windows XP. I had to replace the old POS system i had with the one im currently using because the other one crashed. In the POS system that i had before, we had the Printer installed(HP Officejet pro/plus 8600 all in one ) and it was working perfectly fine. Now that i got the new system, i cannot install the printer to save my life. I do not have the CD to install the system hardware otherwise i would just do that, so i went on to your HP website and it wont let me install still. it says "Failure to install " Please please please guys i need help trying to install this printer, without it my managers cannot make our paper reports and we are losing money :(. i know its not of your concern whether we make money or not, but i just want to express how drastic this situation is to us. if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. thank you :)
