Go through the steps in this document I have provided to see if we can get the printer printing successfully.
Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue. Select Windows 8.
Download the Print and Scan Doctor to see if it will fix the issue automatically in Solution one: Download a tool to resolve the issue automatically. If you are still having issues then follow the rest of the document please.
Let me know if there are any error messages.
Were you able to print the test page running the Print and Scan Doctor?
Was the printer listed on the computer and showing in a ready state?
