Got NO response. THey want me to buy a new refirbished printer because my printer is out of warranty. It seems to me, this is a SIMPLE fix, as the printing is perfect and the new printers don't use the same ink so I would be out far more thant the cost of the printer. And it keeps sucking all the ink out of the printer. THis could be some HP BS to make you buy a new printer. I hope not I am a VERY VERY good customer and I am hoping someone From HP comes up with something.
I don't buy any more genuine HP ink, as it looses too much INK with this with this issue.
