Thank you for the information. I suggest that you run the HP Print and Scan Doctor. The print and scan Dr. will go through your computer and printer settings and whatever issues it finds, it will resolve them automatically.

 


If this does not resolve the issue, please feel free to write back for additional troubleshooting instructions.
