Sorry to hear that you are having issues with getting your DeskJet printer installed. I do have a suggestion that I would like you to try. Please remove any cables that you have going to the computer from the printer and leave them disconnected. Do a complete uninstall of the software and drivers for the DeskJet printer. Once you have it all uninstalled, please reboot your computer. When the computer is back up, please click on the following link to reinstall the printer.
