I apologize for the delay in response to your question. I would like to be able to assist you as best I can with getting your printer connected to your computer. I have included the document 'Installing the Printer Software in Windows 7 for a USB Cable Connection'. This will make sure that you do have installed the in-OS drivers. As well under the Frequently asked questions section, it will walk you through making sure you are set automatically receive the latest updates.
