I have already uninstalled the program, then re-installed and followed the instructions on the HP Scanner Doctor, still no joy, I cannot scan but I can print?
It keeps telling me to re-install the original photosmart software, but the printer scanner installs itselft when the unit is plugged in after following the steps as per the hand guide when originally purchased.
Everything worked fine on OS XP - now that I have windows 7 certain things are not working, also has no pdf option as before when you scan to file?
I have done this twice already, and still no joy - not sure what the problem is.
