We have a large Citrix farm and our company has just purchase quote a few HP printers for some of our sites.
We installed the HP Universal Print Driver PCL5 v5.8 and now when a user tries to print from a Citrix app, the app locks up.
I have reseached this and worked on it for over 2 weeks and the issue seems to be the driver. Hoewever, even following the steps from HP about stopping and starting the spooler service, I cannot get rid of the HP UPD.
I need to get this off of our farm servers nad print servers ASAP. It is bring our sysytems down to their knees.

XenApp 6.5 Rollup pack 3
Server 2008 R2 (140 servers)
Print servers:
Server 2008 R2 (9 servers)
I really need to get this driver off of our servers.
