The instructions I had posted in Message 4suggested you perform the level 3 uninstall if you have a HP computer or a level 4 if your computer is a non HP. What brand is your computer and which uninstall did you perform?
If you have a non HP computer, and did not do the level 4 uninstall I would like you to follow all of the steps in message 4 again and do the level 4, again this is only if you have a non HP computer.
