Thanks for the information.
I have provided a document to setup a static IP for the printer to see if that will resolve the issue.
Printer Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection. Go to Step six: Assign your HP product a static IP address.
If you are still having issues then I would suggest to contact the router company to check these
settings on the router:
WPA key setting need to be on aes to work correctly not tkip.
If 64 bit encrytion then change to 128 bit.
Mutli casting needs to be turned on.
If you have Mac filter you need to give the printer a hardware address from config page.
If it is a 5 ghz network you may need to change to 2.4 ghz.
The firewall on the router needs to be open for the ports for the printer .
