I have a Photosmart 5510 all in one printer. Recently the touchscreen is solid white. While I can press sections of it, and it seems to cause some reaction, I cannot determine what I am pressing because it is all white (no graphics sowing at all). Online the support tells me to update the priinter to the latest firmware version which can be done by going to the printer, using the touchscreen to navigate to the correct place to get latest updates. Since I cannot see correct places on the touchscreen this is not much help.
Can anyone help with this? The printer works for basic functions from the laptop, but the rest you typically need to have the touch screen.
The label inside says it is a product #CQ176A Model #B111a. The label outside says Photosmart 5510.
Any help would be appreciated.
