I installed the hp full pack for hp d1360 software from hp website. Every other thing including hp update are working perfectly. But the HP solution centre is not working. I have tried repeated uninstall or install but to no avail.
Moreover, if i update the patch file then i get Read Error with a blank screen. What does that denotes and how to solve this problem. Hp experts would see my post and give the correct solution.
I have tried all the things, and what is prevented me from accessing the hp solution centre, a great feature, which could not be assessed.
