I have the same problem - all white screen and no icons. Unplugged if for 30 secs, to no avail. Bad enough that HP designed a toner setup with two separate black ink cartridges that are easily confused, and either runs out very quickly. And why no tab that lifts up to keep paper that prints out from falling over the place?
