Indeed I have the printing issue with every program (word, internet, mail...) I use.
I also ran the HP print and scan doctor as you advised me. It indicated that no problem was detected with my printer and asked me to print a test page. I tried to do so. However, no test page was printed. Then the scan doctor asked me to try to print an internal test page and this worked. Therefore I was advised to erase the printer driver and set up again the driver. I did so but the problem remained the same. I also try to desactivate the firewall but it did not work either.
So the issue is still there...
