I would like to be able to assist you with stopping the TrayApp from opening, and trying to install when you log onto your computer. I do need to clarify a couple of things with you first though.
1. What version of Windows is on the computer? I have included the document 'Guide to finding your product number'.
2. Do you have an HP Printer installed?
3. Do you know what printer was installed on the computer?
4. In case it is need (will try other steps before this), do you have the recovery discs for the computer?
