I understand that you cannot print or copy from your printer. I will try my best to help you resolve this issue. First we need to make sure the copy function is working.
I suggest Resetting the Printer , make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet (not a power bar or surge protector). Once you have it reset, please try to make a copy. When making the copy does the scan lamp move across the printer? Does the printer make any strange noises when trying to copy? Are you getting any messages on your touchpad on the front panel of the printer?
