I have a Officejet 6500 E709N printer. Had a laptop with win-xp-Professional, HP Solution Center software works great.
Got a desktop computer with Win7 Professional. Got the software from HP site, loaded the software, HP Solution Center does NOT load. I can print from the desktop but can't see the printer from the desktop. There is no HP Solution Center software on my computer. I call tech support and all they care about is that the printer is out of warranty after asking about 1,000 questions.
Can anyone help?
I've been buying HP products forever and have recommended HP products forever.
