Sorry, but I received a couple of problem messages.
1. The Installer/Uninstaller stopped working
2. When I tried to install from the shortcut on the desktop, I got a Fatal Error and msi.msi_BPDSoftware message.
HP was reported and put a solution on my desktop, but that didn’t seem to work either. I thought it was going so well till that final step 15. Any further help or suggestions?
