I have a software problem I have uninstalled and reloaded the program several times with new drivers. Call HP and the tech could not solve my problem.
all the software loads good and looks good but when I click on the icon nothing happens I have no problem with anything else on my computer only HP office Pro 8600 solfware will not run.
