eCenter and email

i am trying to set up eCenter on my new hp Laser Jet 400 color MFP M475dw.  I created an account at eCenter, autorized the printer with the code, gave the printer an email adress. But when I try to print from iPad og iPhone or iMac the message is; the email adress is invalid. I sent an email to the printer's email adress, men nothing happens.

I have checked that the email adress is connected at the printer. It' ok.

Please help :-).
