The printer just stopped printing. I changed all of the ink cartridges and printed 1 page of labels and then when I went back to print, it would no longer print anything but it still sounds like it is and it spits out paper as it always did. I even tried to update the software and had no luck. Is this normal or has its life ended. Yes it is 18 mo. old but it has worked flawlessly up till now. Any help would be appreciated before I go buy another new one tomorrow, 2-4-14.
