HP 2545 ALL IN ONE +Mac OS 10.9.1 SOFTWARE INSTALLATION PROBLEM

this software link for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One Printer says is completely compatible with my MAC OS 10.9.1

However after downloading it and trying to open it, here is a warning sign saying "image not recognized"

I thought it might have been a bad download, but tried several times and i always got the same answer.
