Re: hp zidr12.dll

I understand you are missing the hpzidr12.dll file and it has been included in this forum post as a zip file you can put in the system 32 folder.  If this doesn't help you, you will have to do a clean install and try the installation again. Let me know if this helps you locate the file you need and if not I have a few more questions for you:

 

1.  What is the system type of your Windows 7 PC?

2.  What brand is your PC (HP, Dell, etc)?

3.  Do you have any other error messages?
