A couple days ago I noticed my printer didn’t scanned, just showed the power button light flashing. Noticed the problem is because I didn’t have the software installed, so I went ahead and directly started the download. When it finished and tried to install it, everything was going well, until the installation bar reached the 60% and said “error, installation failed, you will have to uninstall the program and re-install it to be able to use it correctly” or something like that. After I uninstalled it and tried re-installing, the little windows that says “processing” appeared , it reached 100% and nothing happened, nor like the other time that the installation begun. When I tried again, the same thing happened, tried one more time, and the same thing. Does anyone have any of what is the problem?
I have windows 8 by the way…
