I bought a all in one printer HP Deskjet F4500 All-in-one Series in 2010. Then I had a Wondows vista computer, and no problems.
About a year and a half ago I bought a new computer with wondows 7, and the computer itself managed to install the printer with no problem.
I have been using the scanning function since then, last time was right before christmas.
I came back to my apartment after about 1 month away. And was going to scann somehting, and I get the message that I need to install a WIA driver, and I have absolutely no idea about what to do?!?!
I have used the scanner on this computer several times, and now all of a sudden it does not work!!!
Can anyone help, any driver ... thing I am suppose to download?
I am no good with thenical computer stuff like this, and I have no idea!!
