I lost the sofware CD included, i dont know how....
i download the software from here it worked for couple of months
then after a month i came to scan doesnt work at all
everything is super connceted i conneceted to 10 ports in my pc but still
Downloaded the lastest sofware today and failed...
in the installion ask me which connection i clicked USB and it says not connected!!! but it is connected....even in the printer itself it says sofware missing....
what do i do its new..cant buy another one....
