I've scanned the test page and the on/off light blinks. But when I switch off then on, it prints a new page. I've removed the cartridges and replaced them - it doesn't automatcially print a new page. but when I switchd off and on again, it did. IT's an official cartridge (black ink) - the colour one has run out and I don't want to replace it really. Do you think the colour one might be the problem? It's been in there since I got it and the machine's been doing it ever since I got it (3 months ago).I tried running it with just the black cartridge in but it didn't like that.
