Trying to install full feature sw for existing b-209a on a new Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro running Win 8.1 64.
Have tried the installer and it downloads the full sw. After extracting nothing happens, no screens, no directions etc...
Have also manually downloaded the full feature sw and tried to install with same results. The sw has no problem finding my printer on the network.
At some point the basic driver was installed and connected to the printer, I was able to print. Need the Solutions center for scanning and printer status.
At this point ther are no HP folders in my Program Files and no HP on my start screen and no HP printer installed.
Is it me or the sw????
