Yes, I thank you for your help in uninstalling and reinstalling my Photosmart C4780. However, the next day the same thing happened, but this time I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I thank you for showing me how to do it. I wonder why after you did it, the next day it was out again. I just checked and it has the green check, so I'll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks again for your help.
I just checked the HP Solution Center and it's not working so will do it again but not now. I'd like to find out why this is happening..
