I understand that you are having a problem trying to get the Printer Assistant (Solution Center) to install. In order to guide you better I will need some more information. When you installed the software and drivers again did you get an icon of your printer on the desktop? What operating system are you running on your computer. Did you follow the steps in this document for Installing the Printer Software for a Wireless Network Connection or did you use a USB connection?
