Does anyone know why I am receiving the below error message when I am running the setup for HP PSC 1317 Driver?

Runtime Error!

I have the latest version of Visual C++ Runtime Library and there don't appear to be any other applicable updates available? I have recently re-installed the Operating System on my PC so not sure if that has anything to do with it? Can't see why it would though? The drivers installed with no problem before the re-install.
ANy help appreciated.
