I am running a fully updated Windows 7 system. Just reinstalled on a new drive following a disk problem with the prior hard drive. Also, I have a J6450. Have tried numerous times to install the Full package, and I keep getting an error message saying that the hpzpnp.ice... file cannot be found.
Please advise how to get this installed.
