I know this has probably been done to death (I have checked the Forums and FAQa) but the solutions listed have not worked. Well the ones I tried. Scenario: I have Windows 8 with HP Solution Centre installed and functioning. The printer All-in-One is an HP Officejet 5610. All buttons and configurable items are available in HP Solution Centre so that seems ok. I have configured Scan To to create folders based on Monthly naming. I have copied the hpqxmlul.dll file from the install destination.cab file. Yet still not creating files in MyScans. The time date on the .dll file is 29/04/2011 at 12:00
What steps are next to be tried?
