I have an HP C309a with the same situation re: downloading the HP Solution Center - do I follow the same instructions as shown above???
I do have the print and copy ability and I don't use fax; when I click on "scan" on the display panel and click on "scan to computer" I get the message "Try starting scan from computer. Refer to documentation for details." That's where the Solution Center used to come in handy before I had the computer repaired and the Solution Center was "lost." Or as an alternative, where will I find the "documentation?" referred to???
