However, IT STILL DOES NOT PRINT MAPS. I and the other computer use INTERNET EXPLORER. My laptop uses W7, IE 11.

The other computer uses WXP, IE8. On WXP you CANNOT GO HIGHER THAN IE8..IT USE TO PRINTER BEFORE..some time ago when printing maps..but printing other things is not a problem..only maps. THANKS, but i havent used anyother web browser except IE and it all worked fine, up until recently. Since things were working OK before, I feel that i do not have to switch to another web browser to see if that makes any difference.

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE, I'll BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE IT A TRY.
