i am so sorry for my lete reply, but as you know I live in Sweden and the printer there is problems with are in Denmark! Now I have tried the long solution that you have posted to me, and I am sorry to tell that it does not work :-(
Even removing the driver i Control Panel now is not working after I have updated to Windows 8.1, is it Microsoft or HP who has the problem?
Is there not a way to go further with the case? I have stopped bying HP products, because will they work with my computer :-(
