Thanks . Windows 7. was able to uninstall and reinstall software for the pro 1102. The yellow flag however is still there and when I troubleshoot it says that the driver is missing for the pro 1102. It doesn't make any sense because I can print from the 1102. I cannot print from the Photosmart at all. The message that I received is that I need to turn the printer on. But the printer is turned on. It used to work. I haven't changed anything for it not to work. Thank you for your help.
