Here we go. I have a Pavillion g6.
On the printer/devices, my HP-computer is flagged for troubleshooting. When I take computer through process, it says my HP laser jet pro 1102W printer (wireless) needs a new driver. I've tried to install again and again from hp. Doesn't work. Still have the yellow flag. HOWEVER, I can print just fine.
The problem is really this. At work, I have an HP photosmart d110 wireless printer. I have been able to print from it until recently. Can't print. no matter what I do. uninstall/reinstall/download/reboot etc. etc.
I thought perhaps the problem was because of the flag on HP computer itself, but as I say, I can't get rid of the flag. Computer doesn't seem to recognize that I have downloaded an updated driver for the HP laserjet which the troubleshooting says I need.
I have updated all my windows updates. I've restarted the computer several times. It seems as though the installation for both printers/drivers doesn't go through.
Please help. I need to be able to print with photosmart and just can't get it to work any longer.
