Please follow this entire HP document on The system cannot find the file specified. Even though your Operating System is Windows 7, and this document is referring to Windows Vista, the steps in this document will be the same.
The crucial step to look for is figure three. Could you send a screen shot of the "Error Situation Code",
and let me know what it states.
