Hi there Ban,

To be honest I saw where you helped someone with the installation of their 4000+ printer so here I am coming to you with similiar questions on a much, I hope, smaller scale.

I do not have the cord nor the installation disc as I believe some one had a yard sale with the following tags attached to the printer:

  • Works great
  • Got much newer one so selling this one
  • correct ink card attached
  • Also, on 1 of the cards she was honest and said it would need a printer cord.

Here's the info I have from the printer:

  • HP PSC 2355 ALL.IN.ONE PRINTER, SCANNER, FAX, AND COPIER
  • PSC 2350 SERIES
  • M0DEL #SDGOB-0401-02

I actually saw the lady take it out of her car and place it gently on the ground and as fast as I got my shoes on my feet they were hitting the sidewalk heading across the street.  I found the link you left to help someone requesting your assistance with a 4500 series I believe i was. The more I thought about it the more I knew that was good enough for me--so here I am!

Right now I really do realize Ban a much better printer would be better, however, being on a fixed income, if there is a way your knowledge and magic could make something I've always wanted even when working and couldn't get, a printer that prints, scans, copies, AND faxes; I'd be more than forever grateful!

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me with this should you decide to do so; if not, I more than understand.

Have An Awesome Holiday Season!

Sincerely,

Linda "RED"Fields

PS Is there anyway you can describe this "cord" that's needed for this printer--something a layman can understand.  Again thank you so very much for your time and trouble. You ROCK!
